The Flypon 1GE+3FE+CATV GPON ONU is a high-performance triplexer Optical Network Terminal designed for operators delivering converged broadband data and cable television (CATV) services over a single optical fiber. Fully compliant with the ITU-T G.984 GPON standard, this GPON ONU provides robust 2.488 Gbps downstream and 1.244 Gbps upstream data transmission alongside high-quality RF video overlay via the 1550nm CATV wavelength. Equipped with 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 3 Fast Ethernet ports, and an RF coaxial output, it offers a complete triple-play access solution for FTTH, FTTB, and multi-tenant environments—eliminating the need for separate data modems and RF signal splitters .

· Triplexer WDM Technology – Data + CATV Over Single Fiber: Built with an integrated WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) device, this GPON ONU simultaneously handles 1310nm upstream data, 1490nm downstream data, and 1550nm CATV broadcast signals over a single optical fiber. This triplexer design dramatically simplifies ODN cabling and reduces deployment costs for operators offering combined internet and cable TV packages .

· Full GPON Compliance (ITU-T G.984): Engineered with a dedicated GPON MAC chipset, this 1GE+3FE+CATV GPON ONU ensures seamless interoperability with leading OLT vendors including Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, FiberHome, and Calix. Supports advanced GPON features including FEC (Forward Error Correction), 128-bit AES encryption, and Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation (DBA) for efficient network utilization .

· Flexible Multi-Port Wired Connectivity: Provides 1×10/100/1000Mbps auto-negotiation RJ45 GE port for gigabit-capable routers or high-performance devices, plus 3×10/100Mbps RJ45 FE ports for IPTV set-top boxes, desktop PCs, or network peripherals. This 4-port configuration eliminates the need for external switches in multi-device environments .

· Carrier-Grade CATV Receiver with AGC: The integrated CATV RF module operates at 1550nm with Automatic Gain Control (AGC) functionality, maintaining stable RF output levels across a wide optical input range (typically +2dBm to -18dBm). Features include remote CATV port power-down capability via OMCI management, high optical return loss (≥45dB), and MER ≥32dB for superior video quality. RF output covers 47-1000MHz, supporting analog and digital TV channels simultaneously .

· Comprehensive OMCI Management & Security: Supports standard OMCI (ONT Management and Control Interface per ITU-T G.988) for remote configuration, performance monitoring, fault isolation, and firmware upgrades.
